I am a learning experience designer with a background in English Language Arts education and education technology. Teaching English Language Arts taught me the importance of storytelling by allowing learners to immerse themselves in new content. My personal strengths in learning and applying new technology to achieve goals allowed me to thrive as an Apple Certified Teacher and a technology mentor on my campuses.

My background in education taught me the importance of high-quality student-centered instruction. As a learning experience designer, I use strong visual design and instructional design skills to create meaningful learning experiences. Being in education also taught me strong communication skills, such as working on a team, gathering and giving constructive feedback, and reflecting and improving based on the feedback. As a professional, I thrive on feedback. I combine stakeholders’ input with my understanding of how people learn in order to design and deliver an effective eLearning solution.
